Our range of moulded panel doors are available in the following sizes as standard:

Core Constructions

Five different core constructions ensure there is a core construction to meet your demands and the demands of building regulations.

• Standard Core

The cost effective solution. Available in 35mm and 40mm thickness.

• Semi-Solid Core

Increased weight and rigidity of the door is achieved through the use of solid strips that run down the outer edges of the door. Available in 35mm and 40mm thickness.

 

• Solid Core

A solid core that further increases the weight and rigidity of the door, providing a luxuriant feel when in use, with the added benefit of increased sound insulation. Available in both 35mm and 40mm thickness.

 

• Solid Core door with a 30 minute Fire Rating

This door construction achieves a fire rating of 30 minutes when fitted in a suitable doorset and installed correctly. Available in 44mm thickness.

 

• Solid Core door with a 60 minute Fire Rating

For use in the most demanding of situations, this door achieves a fire rating of 60 minutes. Available in 54mm thickness.

 

Finish

The door face on our range of moulded panel doors are factory primed as standard.

 We also offer our moulded panel doors fully finished with an edgeband applied to both long edges. This option provides a tough, high quality finish which requires no further painting on-site.
